Step-by-Step Booking Setup
Step 1: Open Dashboard > Outcomes > Bookings.
Step 2: Toggle 'Enable Appointment Booking' to Active.
Step 3: Select Integration Type — Native ChatEaver Calendar or Calendly Link Embed.
Step 4: Configure Available Days & Operating Hours (e.g., Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Step 5: Set Appointment Duration (15 min, 30 min, 60 min).
Step 6: Customize Confirmation Message shown to visitors after booking.
Step 7: Click Save Changes and test the booking flow in your widget preview.
